Individual Sessions

In a (Big) Body Love individual session, you are entering a space in which you learn to meet your body with affection and regard, to transform your attitudes of deprecation and shame into images of power and empowerment, and where you discover what your body needs to feel good.


This setting is suitable for all people who want to build an appreciative approach to their body and want to learn how to care for and to love oneself.


The work is customized for each individual and encompasses:

  • breath exercises
  • meditations
  • affirmations
  • guided fantasies / visualizations 
  • shamanic journeys
  • working with the inner child 
  • movement and dance
  • exercises in expressing feelings and using vocal tone
  • conscious touch
  • mindful communication 
  • can be combined with tantric work, if desired.

Body Love Workshops

This workshop is suitable for all body shapes and abilities. The content is structured similarly to that of the workshop “My Big Body is my Big Temple”.

My Big Body is my Big Temple Workshops

This workshop is about treating ourselves and our bodies well, giving our bodies what they deserve - attention, recognition, mindfulness, love, and pleasure. We will take enough time and space to leave our everyday lives outside behind us, to settle into our bodies and to experience them without judgment; to appreciate the unique homes in which we live, to fill our bodies with conscious breath, and to treat our bodies to healing touch.


What we’ll do: Breath and meditation exercises, pair and group exercises, mindful touch in pairs and group formations, exercises in expression


Target audience: fat (by self-definition) women, womyn, transgender folks, intersex folks; all forms of (dis)abilities welcome.
