Sara M. Ablinger
My goal is to create a space of self-love, joy, ecstasy, and healing that empowers my clients to develop their full potential.
Share your privilege. ~ Linda Nkechi Louis
I value and have lived experiences with diverse lifestyles, body shapes, and relationship configurations and strive to make my space accessible and comfortable for all clients. I invite people of all genders and gender identities, sexual orientations and preferences, body shapes and abilities, and people of all ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds to share this space with me. “Share your privilege” is my motto.
My knowledge and abilities are the fruits of my lived experiences, quest for knowledge, and zest for life. I speak and act from experience; I have processed my own issues and will continue to do so my entire life long. No energy worker, or even therapist, is devoid of personal issues. The examination, in of itself, of one’s own issues and personal history makes the individual strong, empathetic, and experienced. During difficult periods of my life, I remember the saying, “trust the process”, which I learned during psychodrama and has now guided me through many years.
My own personal development has been significantly influenced by the following elements:
Psychodrama taught me about true connection and showed me that we are all interconnected, even when we feel isolated and lonely.
Breathwork brought me back to my body after a major illness and allowed my emotions to flow freely.
Nature gave me strength and tranquility, touched me, taught me, and gifted me with wondrous shamanic experiences. Sensuality and Sexuality have always been a strong force in my life and I am thankful that I was given the space as a child to experience my body in loving and adventurous ways.
Love, Trust, Attentiveness, Tenacity, Encouragement, Safety, Feedback, Support, Sensuality, Creativity, Joie de Vivre, Appreciation and Humor from loved ones and loving individuals.
